HOW WE GOT INTO REAL ESTATE
We both began college as interior design and architecture majors. Even in college we would go to open houses and new build communities because we loved that world so much. After graduation, life happened and we both got into different careers in different cities. Stephanie was in sales in San Antonio and Erica was an event planner in Las Vegas for 2 years before moving back to San Antonio and beginning her career in graphic design. It was totally happenstance when, one day, they were out shopping and Erica asked Stephanie if she had ever thought about them doing real estate together…not knowing Stephanie was having the same thoughts. 2 weeks later, school started and here we are!
